Lobster Rolls - The Eat With Joe Way

I've tried dozens of Lobster Rolls all over New England and this is the best Lobster Roll ever. And, if you can get Lobster or Lobster Meat, then you can make it in your own kitchen today!

  • 1 lb Steamed Lobster Meat 1lb is equal to 4-6 Lobsters
  • 4 Whole Hot Dog Buns Top Sliced
  • 4 TBSP Melted Butter
  • 2 TBSP Mayonaise
  • 1 TSP Sriracha Hot Sauce You can substitute any other hot sauce
  • 2 TSP Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 2 TSP Black Pepper Freshly Ground is Best
  • 1 Whole Lemon Juiced into measuring cup
  • 1 TSP White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 TSP Pickle Juice Optional


  • 1. In a medium bowl, Whisk together Mayo, Sriracha, Sea Salt, Pepper, Lemon Juice, Vinegar and Pickle Juice.
  • 2. Add cooked Lobster Meat to the Dressing and stir. Your Lobster and Dressing Mix should sit 1-4 hours in the fridge before serving.
  • 3. When ready to serve, turn oven on 350. Wrap Buns in Foil and place in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
  • 4. Melt Butter while buns are in the oven.
  • 5. Remove Buns from Oven and Brush with melted butter.
  • 6. Add huge scoops of Lobster into each bun and serve immediately.


Each Lobster will yield 3oz - 5oz of Lobster Meat between the Claws and Tail.
