Ingredients
1lbSteamed Lobster Meat1lb is equal to 4-6 Lobsters
4WholeHot Dog BunsTop Sliced
4TBSPMelted Butter
2TBSPMayonaise
1TSPSriracha Hot SauceYou can substitute any other hot sauce
2TSPHimalayan Sea Salt
2TSPBlack PepperFreshly Ground is Best
1WholeLemonJuiced into measuring cup
1TSPWhite Wine Vinegar
1TSPPickle JuiceOptional
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, Whisk together Mayo, Sriracha, Sea Salt, Pepper, Lemon Juice, Vinegar and Pickle Juice.
2. Add cooked Lobster Meat to the Dressing and stir. Your Lobster and Dressing Mix should sit 1-4 hours in the fridge before serving.
3. When ready to serve, turn oven on 350. Wrap Buns in Foil and place in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
4. Melt Butter while buns are in the oven.
5. Remove Buns from Oven and Brush with melted butter.
6. Add huge scoops of Lobster into each bun and serve immediately.
Notes
Each Lobster will yield 3oz - 5oz of Lobster Meat between the Claws and Tail.
